I first got into blockchain in 2013, saw the potential immediately and got involved in the then small, nascent community, organising networking and educational events in Shanghai, Manila and Melbourne.
I am a leader and an instigator, and my creative mantra is integrity – doing what I said I would do, when I said I would do it. I am now the Melbourne-based managing partner and co-founder for PostCapitalism B.V., a Netherlands-based blockchain financial technology company developing real estate-focused financial solutions.
Previously I was Chief Operating Officer of Hallohallo Inc., an Internet services company, and the parent company of the Hallo Hallo Alliance (300+ employees) in Manila, Philippines.
I also started a successful independent video marketing company in 2006 in Shanghai, Yubi Digital, and won the accounts as well as produced and directed many TVCs, television productions, corporate videos, and documentaries for clients that include Konica Minolta, Bluescope Steel, L’Oreal, Xingye Bank, Coca-Cola, Kraft Foods, Lynx, Dunlop Tires, NHK, Alstom, Watsons, BBH, Hakuhodo, Sinotrans, State Grid, Omron, Unilever, Chivas, Kao, Baoshan Government, DLE, etc. Within 2 years of starting, with me as the primary creative driver, our company had grown to 20 staff, with a television department and a website department.
Melbourne-born, I’ve lived 5 years in Tokyo and Osaka, 9 years in Shanghai, 2 years in Manila, and briefly in Paris. I am fluent in Japanese and professionally conversant in Mandarin.
I would love to share and discuss with you further. Please write me a message and we can keep in touch.
